4. Retatrutide, GLP-1, Compounded Medication, and Peptide Limitations
Reta Support does not sell, source, verify, test, authenticate, ship, compound, prescribe, dispense, broker, recommend, or facilitate access to retatrutide, GLP-1 medications, GLP medications, compounded medications, peptides, research chemicals, prescription drugs, or regulated products.

Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, membership, Reta Plus plan, Reta Pro plan, recurring tracker plan, or other automatically renewing service, you authorize Reta Support and its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing interval, price, taxes, and renewal terms disclosed at checkout or in your account.
Automatically renewing subscriptions continue until canceled according to the cancellation method provided at checkout, in your account, or by contacting support where applicable. Cancellation stops future billing after the current billing period unless a product-specific policy or applicable law states otherwise.
We may send renewal notices, billing notices, receipts, cancellation confirmations, failed-payment notices, price-change notices, or other subscription-related communications electronically where required or permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing subscription terms before purchase and maintaining current payment and contact information.
Refunds and Digital Product Access
Unless a specific product page, checkout page, or written policy says otherwise, digital product sales may be final once access is delivered, downloaded, unlocked, or used, except where refunds are required by law. Subscription cancellations may not automatically create a refund for prior billing periods unless required by law or stated in a specific product policy.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees, duties, currency conversion charges, bank fees, payment processor fees, or other charges related to your purchase, unless otherwise stated.

- Complying with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising rules, affiliate rules, and community standards.
11. Health Tracking Responsibilities
Trackers, reminders, logs, dashboards, charts, journals, and notes are convenience tools. They may help you organize information, identify questions, prepare for provider visits, or track personal patterns, but they do not replace medical judgment.
You are responsible for entering information accurately, reviewing entries for errors, and determining what information should be shared with a licensed healthcare provider.
