Because Reta Support provides digital products, downloadable resources, memberships, subscriptions, and educational tracking tools, purchases cannot be returned once access has been provided.

Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical billing issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for review.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Reta Support before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of account access.
